The Visit to this temple was a part of  Pallava and Chozha Period Temples scheduled on 01st December 2019. It was raining from the start of our journey through scooter. We had a tough journey throughout the day. Our plan of Visiting  the Koovathur temples was changed since we were diverted from Vengapakkam through Kalpakkam Township due to flood. ( Due to this we missed the Koovathur Temples is an another story ). This Kamakshi Amman temple is on the right side of the road.
