Maha samrokshana was also conducted.

People in large number offer prayer to get relieved from  Raghu dhosham. When Rishi Suprabar dug the ground here for a yagna he was performing , he found a bow and a measuring scale, which turned in to a handsome Young man and a beautiful woman thus relieving them Kubera’s curse. Rishi Suprabar completed the yagna and gave the avirpaka share to Devas.
